The NFC reader in the phone used and the chip on the identity card may not be properly aligned.
Then try the following tips:
- Slowly move the ID from top to bottom against the back of the phone until reading begins. Once the reading has begun, hold the phone as still as possible so as not to interfere with the NFC connection.
- It may help to remove the case from the phone/identity card. This may block the signal.
- The NFC reader may be disabled in your Mobile phone . You can enable it through your settings.
- Use another Mobile phone. As long as the identification through the app has not been completed, the process can still be interrupted and continued at a later time.
