Step 1: Log in via My Reconi or via: https://mijn.eh.reconi.nl/up

Step 2: Click the User icon at the top and click [Preferences].

Step 3: Check the last option.

You now have under [My Account] -> [My Authorizations] the option "Add additional organization without a Chamber of Commerce number.
