The number of eH3 applications, partly due to the requirement of eH3 by the UWV, skyrocketed in a short period of time. As a result, the processing time increased at all suppliers of eHerkenning. Since the processing an eH3 application can take several weeks, the suppliers can no longer guarantee delivery of eH3 before November 1, 2019. The UWV has included a message about this in its Newsletter.

The UWV emphasizes that not yet having eH3 by November 1, 2019 is not a problem, as long as no login is required. If login is required after November 1, but the user has not yet received eH3 despite a request, all vendors have a urgent procedure that guarantees delivery of the eH3 login tool by the next business day at the latest.

All eH3 applications received electronically at Reconi by Oct. 14 will be processed by
Nov. 1, 2019.
