The Belastingdienst is moving to a new portal: My Belastingdienst Business.

What are the benefits of My Belastingdienst Business? 

• My Belastingdienst Business works better on tablets and smartphones than the old portal for business owners.
• Because you log in with eHerkenning , your privacy and security is better taken care of when you do your taxes online.
• When you submit a return through My Belastingdienst Business, you can view that return again at any time. This is not possible in the old portal.
• While completing the tax return, correction or statement, you can save your data in the interim, which is also new.

Legal entities can log in with eHerkenning. To purchase eHerkenning , you must be registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK).

Since this month you can also do the VAT return for your fiscal unit. Within eHerkenning it is also possible to authorize an employee for the service 'Sales tax for fiscal units'. Your employee can then, for example, submit the VAT return for the fiscal unit in My Belastingdienst Business. For information about Belastingdienst and the use of eHerkenning click here.

By the end of 2021, My Belastingdienst Business will replace the old portal.
