The Management module provides an online total view of all issued resources and permissions within the organization(s) for which you are authorized. In the Management module you can request additional authorizations for users, renew existing user authorizations and revoke user authorizations. In addition, as authorization manager you can sign the application for new eHerkenningmiddelen, thus relieving the authorized representative.
If you do not yet have a Reconi eHerkenning , you can use the forms below to purchase a new means to which the desired Admin authorizations will be directly linked. A complete overview of the costs for a new eHerkenning can be found in our price list.
You can add free Admin authorizations to an existing Reconi eHerkenning. It is important here that your existing eHerkenning has the same assurance level as the desired administrator authorization.

In the Management module , you can request new login resources and upgrade existing users' login resources. In addition, you have the ability to request additional authorizations for users, renew existing user permissions and revoke user permissions.

Are you independently qualified?
If you are an independent authorized representative an eHerkenning or additional authorization(organization) you will receive standard Admin authorizations for all services.
Are you not independently authorized?
Then while completing the application you can indicate at step: "authorization" that you also want to be authorization manager (see image below), there are no additional costs involved.
Do you already have eHerkenning?
You can become authorization manager by adding a new authorization via My Reconi. If you are independent authorized representative the administrator permissions are automatically added during the application process. For all other authorizations, the administrator permissions can be added to the application at no cost by answering "Would you also like to become authorization manager (for free)" with "Yes" to the question.
