Billing

Below is a list of frequently asked questions regarding "invoicing."

The invoice is always sent to the specified authorized representative.

If a separate billing address is provided, the invoice will be sent to this different email address.

If the billing address is incorrect, we would like to receive the correct e-mail address by e-mail.

Of course, we recommend you contact us by phone at 0854444250, option 4 or possibly use our contact form.

You can reach us by phone at 085 - 44 44 250. For the billing department, choose option 4.

You can also use our contact form.

During the application process
During the application process, at the "Billing Address" step, you will be asked if you want to provide a separate billing address. Choose "Yes" here so that the additional fields are displayed where you can enter the billing address.

After applying
If the digital application process was completed without a separate billing address, you can still manually complete it on the registration form.

Request already processed
When the application is finally processed, please contact us via the contact form on the customer service page:
1. Under "What do you have a question about?" choose choice 4 "Invoicing."
2. In the input field under "Ask your question here", please enter the invoice number and the desired billing address

The invoice will then be resent to the new billing address.

While filling out the application digitally, you will encounter the (optional) entry field PO/reference number. Here you can enter the desired PO/reference number.
If the digital application process has been completed without a PO/reference number and you still wish to provide it, you can complete this manually after printing out the form.

When the application is finally processed and you still wish to provide a PO/reference number, we advise you to send an e-mail to our helpdesk. In this e-mail you must state the invoice number and the desired PO/reference number. You will then receive a new invoice with the desired PO/reference number.

Any system for identification at login costs money. However, there is a distinctive difference between DigiD and eHerkenning. The cost of DigiD is paid for by the government through tax revenue. So everyone pays for it, regardless of whether you use it or not. The costs for Eherkenning are not paid from tax revenue and are therefore only charged to the entrepreneurs who use it.

Once your application has been processed, the invoice will be emailed to the authorized representative listed in the application. If a separate billing address is provided, the invoice will be sent to that email address.
