My Reconi

Below is a list of frequently asked questions regarding "My Reconi":

Admin authorizations can only be renewed in conjunction with user permissions.

Are you independently licensed?
When you apply for a eHerkenning, a additional authorization (organization) or renewal as an independent authorized representative , you will receive standard Admin authorizations for alle diensten.

Are you not independently licensed?
To renew your Admin authorizations please follow the steps below:

  • Log on to My Reconi.
  • Click on "My Account" and then "My Permissions."
  • Under the overview of your current permissions, click "Renew permissions."
  • Follow the steps of the online renewal form.
  • At the "permissions" step, you can indicate that you also want to become authorization manager (see image below).
  • Continue through the rest of the steps of the renewal form.

Follow the following steps to cancel your eHerkenning:

1. Log in to "My Reconi"
2. Click on the "My Account" tab and go to "My Details."
3. Click on the "Cancel and Withdraw" button.
4. Confirm the cancellation by placing a check mark and clicking the "complete" button

During the application process, you choose the duration of the eHerkenning. It starts when we have processed your application and you have received a confirmation email.

Also, your permissions can be found in "My Reconi" under "My Permissions."

To create a new user, the authorization manager must first be logged in to My Reconi.

1. Log in to "My Reconi"
2. Click on the "management" tab
3. Click on "users"
4. Click on "add users" at the bottom of the page. Check here for the step-by-step plan.
5. After completing the step-by-step plan referred to in point 4, the user will receive an email confirmation and can use the eHerkenning immediately.

Your password must meet the following requirements:

– Bevat minimaal 1 kleine letter [a-z]
– Bevat minimaal 1 hoofdletter [A-Z]
– Bevat minimaal 1 cijfer [0-9]
– Bevat minimaal 1 bijzonder teken: [ – _ ! $ %  ‘ . = / \ : | ? @ [ ] ^ ` { } ~]

The password must not:
- Contain your username
- Be equal to any of the last 5 passwords

As authorization manager you are authorized to link a user to an organization you are authorization manager of. After linking, the user becomes visible to you as authorization manager and you can request permissions for him/her within "My Reconi".

1. Log on to "My Reconi"
2. Click on the "Administration" tab and go to "Requests"

3. Click on the "New Request" button.
4. Select the appropriate organization and enter the user's email address
5. The user will receive an email, asking them to accept the linking request
6. After the request is accepted, permissions can be requested for this user

Example: You are authorization manager of two bv's (bv 1 and bv 2). Employee A has a eHerkenning linked only to bv 1, but he also wishes to perform work for bv 2. To make this user visible, submit a link request and then you can request permissions for him/her.

With My Reconi you always have access to your registered (personal) data. For example, you can see which assurance level you have and which authorizations you have. You can see not only which service providers you are authorized for, but also which organizations you are authorized to act on behalf of. In addition, you can see until when your eHerkenning is valid, you can change your e-mail address or cell phone number, and you can partially or fully cancel your eHerkenning . Furthermore, it is possible to easily request additional authorizations .

Go to My Reconi

We will send you an email two months before your eHerkenning expires. This email contains a link that allows you to request the renewal. If your organization has appointed a authorization manager , he can easily renew your permissions for you at My Reconi with a timeframe of 1, 3 or 5 years.

Admin authorizations you can request in several ways:

Are you independently qualified?
If you have a eHerkenning or additional authorization (organization) request, you will receive standard Admin authorizations for alle diensten.

Are you not independently authorized?
Then while completing the application you can indicate at step: "authorization" that you also want to be authorization manager (see image below), there are no additional costs involved.

Add as authorization manager additional authorizations
1. Log in to "My Reconi"
2. Click on the "Administration" tab and go to "Permissions."
3. Then click on "Request new permissions."
4. Select the organization and user and go through the rest of the process.

Add as a user additional authorizations
1. Log in to "My Reconi"
2. Click on the "My Account" tab and go to "My permissions."
3. Then click on "Request new permissions."
4. Go through the rest of the process.

Go to My Reconi

You can log on to "My Reconi" by clicking on the button located at the top right of the website.

To change your mobile phone number, follow the steps below:

  1. Log on to "My Reconi"
  2. Under "My information," click the "change" button and then "Mobile number"
  3. Follow the steps and complete the application

You can change your mobile number or e-mail address free of charge at My Reconi . To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to "My Reconi"
2. Click the "My Account" tab and go to "My Details"
3. Click the "Edit" button and choose what you want to change.
4. Confirm the change by placing a check mark and clicking the blue button

 Do you no longer have access to the cell phone number registered with Reconi? Then please use the change form.

Close all Internet pages and try again:

  • Delete the cookies
  • Do not visit the website from a shortcut; use the original link
  • Make sure you have the right assurance level/the right permissions
  • Check your username/email address
  • Check your password and enter it manually (do not use remembered data)
  • Try using another web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox etc.)

Follow the steps below to add permissions to other users:

1. Log on to "My Reconi"
2. Click on the "Administration" tab and go to "Permissions".
3. Click the "Request New Permissions" button under the permissions overview.
4. Follow the steps and complete the request.

Are you authorization manager and want to cancel other users' permissions?

1. Log on to "My Reconi"
2. Click on the "Administration" tab and go to "Permissions".
3. Click on the trash can icon next to the authorization you wish to terminate.
4. Follow the steps and complete the request.
