When the legal form of your organization is changed, the Chamber of Commerce number also changes. To ensure that you can continue to log in with eHerkenning for the new legal form, you need to request authorizations that will be linked to the new Chamber of Commerce number. Make sure you arrange this in time and follow the steps on this website.

If you have multiple eHerkenningmiddelen (linked to different e-mail addresses), it is not possible to merge them. However, you can add a additional authorization to the eHerkenning you wish to maintain.

You can do this by following the steps below:

1. Log in to My Reconi
2. Click on "My Account" and then on "My Authorizations"
3. Then click on "Request Additional Organization/Authorizations".
4. Determine your authorization n.a.v. KVK extract
5. From the dropdown menu under "Organization", select "I want to request for another organization."
6. Continue with the remaining steps.

The eHerkenning which you then no longer need will automatically expire when the validity period expires.

We will send you an email two months before your eHerkenning expires. This email contains a link that allows you to request the renewal. If your organization has appointed a authorization manager , he can easily renew your permissions for you at My Reconi with a timeframe of 1, 3 or 5 years.

With some service providers, you log in with an authorization that is limited to a certain location. This may be the case when you want to purchase a service that is location-specific (such as a permit). For this limited authorization you need to provide a branch number during the application process.

During the application process you will be asked "Do you want to use the eHerkenning for a specific branch of your organization?". Here you select "Yes" after which an additional field is displayed to enter the branch number.

Did you forget to provide a branch number in a previous application and want to do so? Then we ask you to request an additional authorization to do so by following the instructions above: click here.

To change your mobile phone number, follow the steps below:

  1. Log on to "My Reconi"
  2. Under "My information," click the "change" button and then "Mobile number"
  3. Follow the steps and complete the application

You can change your mobile number or e-mail address free of charge at My Reconi . To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to "My Reconi"
2. Click the "My Account" tab and go to "My Details"
3. Click the "Edit" button and choose what you want to change.
4. Confirm the change by placing a check mark and clicking the blue button

 Do you no longer have access to the cell phone number registered with Reconi? Then please use the change form.

A eHerkenning is a personal means, therefore it is not possible to change a user.

Do you want to create a new user?
As authorization manager , you can easily register a new user at My Reconi. Full instructions for creating a new user can be found on this page.
