As of today, updates have been made to 'My Reconi' to make it easy for administrators to select multiple users simultaneously while renewing eHerkenning or when requesting new (chain) permissions.

Select Multiple Users
Whereas previously a authorization manager could make a request per user, from now on it is possible to select multiple users and thus make one request for multiple users at the same time.

This update has been implemented in the following applications and renewals:

  • Requesting/renewing new authorizations.
  • Request/renew new user-Chain authorization.

Would you like to apply for a new authorization?
Please go to 'My Reconi' to log in.

Please follow the following steps to complete the process:
1. Select which organization you want to request the permissions for.
2. Select which users you want to request the permissions for.
3. An overview of the permissions that can be renewed follows.
4. If a user is selected that again requires identification, the authorization manager indicates whether the user is salaried.
5. Upon agreement terms, all authorizations for users that do not require identification are automatically renewed.
6. Users requiring identification will receive an invitation.
