Does your organization use a tax advisor or accountant (intermediary)? Is this intermediary authorized to request digital data from your organization? Or are you an intermediary yourself?
From November 21, 2024, employees of organizations and intermediaries will be able to view and revoke authorizations digitally in even more cases. This applies to authorizations registered to the tax number, Chamber of Commerce number or RSIN of the organization or intermediary.
- This means that employees of the organization can access permissions linked to the organization's tax number or Chamber of Commerce number. For example, in the case of a fiscal entity.
- Intermediaries can view and revoke authorizations linked to their own RSIN.
View and revoke authorizations
Until now, most employees of organizations and intermediaries were already able to view and revoke authorizations, but the new regulation makes it possible to do this digitally in more cases. This is done via the authorization register Digipoort, to which employees of the organization or intermediary log in with eHerkenning.
More information
More information on viewing and revoking permissions is available at belastingdienst.co.uk, toeslagen.nl and on the website of Logius, where you can also read more about Digipoort and the Digipoort authorization register.
