Simple viewing and revocation of authorizations for intermediaries
Intermediaries now have the ability to view and revoke authorizations through the 'Authorizations Register Digipoort'. They do this by logging in with eHerkenning. It is becoming increasingly easy to do business with the government online, and this development fits in well with that.

Belastingdienst and UWV to arrange business
Intermediaries such as accountants and financial advisors can use Digipoort to arrange matters with the Belastingdienst, Benefits Agency and UWV for private customers or entrepreneurs. They use their customers' data for this purpose, which are only provided if the customer has given permission and thus there is an active authorization. Customers are informed of the new web functionality with which they themselves can also digitally see the status of their authorizations.

The 'Authorization Register Digipoort' shows which organization is authorized to retrieve messages and data for a specific customer digitally via Digipoort. Digipoort is the government's secure digital channel where message traffic between organizations and the government is handled, including digital messages to and from Belastingdienst, Service Toeslagen and UWV.
