If you purchase a eHerkenning from Reconi at assurance level 3 or 4 and you are the authorized representative and also the user, you will be identified remotely. This verification is a standard step in the process. The identification is performed by our external partner AMP Group. This can be done through the "AMP Group Online Identification APP," which you can download for free from the Apple App Store or the Android Play Store. Here, your passport or ID card will be scanned. A driver's license cannot be used.
If your ID card was not issued in the EU, please always use a passport.

Not every credential can be used for remote identification. This depends on the presence of an NFC chip in your credential.

To complete the identification, an NFC chip in your ID is required. The overview below shows which Passports are suitable, however, the following applies to Identity Cards
